GROUP TOURS AVAILABLE



For many years now Sweet Grass Gardens has had the pleasure of hosting many groups including horticulture clubs, seniors, mystery tours and school children.

If your organization would like to spend some time learning about native plants, we invite you to come and visit us.

Tours are approximately 40 minutes in length but please be prepared for the weather. In the spring there are lots of mosquitos and black flies and don't forget to be prepared for rain or excessive heat. Most importantly, don't forget to leave time to purchase your favourite Native plants!

Explore the grounds where you will find hardy Northern cacti, wetland natives, prairie meadows, plants for hot dry spots and our Native trees and shrubs. Come and experience gardening with Native flora and don't forget your camera!

Everyone is welcome to explore the grounds on their own free of charge, however, guided tours for groups of 20 or more require advance booking at a cost of $5 per person.
